Our organisation recently conducted an international survey in partnership with other organisations to study the systemic inequalities and career obstacles faced by mothers and caregivers in STEMM (pre-covid). This is the first global study exclusively addressing these issues and the data will be used to design new policies and interventions to retain women in STEMM fields.
