Dr Belinda Di Bartolo is a career coach, scientist, mum and entrepreneur. For 20 years she has been immersed in the health and medical research sector in Australia, both in academia and industry sectors, driven by a desire to deliver research outcomes to patients with chronic disease. In 2023 she launched her own business BD STEMM Strategies which came about through her passion for the career development of others in academia and STEMM. As founder of BD stemm strategies, she specialises in academic career management from career transitions to career enhancement. She enhances profiles of fabulous people in STEMM through science communication to grow individuals and companies. Belinda is a strong advocate for gender equality and has a particular interest in promoting mothers in the science and health sector.
